Blood pressure k mareezo ko bohat ehtiyat kerni parhti hai werna agar woh khayal nahi rakhain gay toh unko dil ka dorah bhi parhsakta hai aur unki jan bhi jasakti hai. blood pressure ko control mein rakhne k liye ehtiyat k sath ap yeh wazifah bhi parhsakte hain Takeh usme Allah ki rehmat shamil hojai
