Over weight or obesity is a cosmopolitan problem and it prevail round the globe, therefore obese people are worries about this and they try different things to cut weight. it is very much clear that oily foods increase weight, similarly living style also influence on this. Relax life style and junk foods also lead towards obesity. It recommended that avoid all such types of food which can increase obesity like oily foods, butter and sugar products. Take simple diet with fresh fruits and vegetables moreover avoid spicy foods.

Plzz tell me that each word has to be read 100 times r totally it should be 100 after reciting 3 of them..
